Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Bich

Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Bich has been in rubber industry for the past thirty years as a research scientist specialised in rubber technology and pollution control. As a researcher associated with the Rubber Research Institute of Vietnam, he has held various positions such as Senior Researcher, Head of Rubber Processing & Pollution Control Division, Director of Rubber Technology Centre and Deputy Director of Rubber Research Institute of Vietnam. After graduation in mechanical engineering, Dr. Bich got his Masters in Waste Water Treatment from University Putra Malaysia and his PhD in Water & Waste Water Treatment from Vietnam National University. Dr. Bich has to his credit 20 published research papers and 4 patents on rubber technology and wastewater treatment. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Bich has assumed office of Secretary General of ANRPC since 1 December 2016.
