Mr. Félix Romero Cañizares

Félix is in charge of the global coordination of the Value Chain Development for Natural Rubber at FSC International. He joined FSC International in 2012, as Regional Director for Europe. Prior to join FSC, he worked for 10 years at WWF Spain as Head of Forest Unit, and has been Chairman of the Board of Directors at FSC Spain. Since 2010, he is also a teacher of the International Master on Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility at EOI Business School (Madrid). With 20 years of professional experience, Félix is MSc in International Development Aid and NGO management, MSc in Foreign Businesses and International Relations, BSc in Environmental Science and BSc in Forestry.

Recently, he has published the novel, El árbol de los pigmeos (The tree of the pygmies), inspired on the use of natural resources in central Africa.
